Yeah, any other USB devices that I've tried in both ports work fine, including other flash drives. Yes, I inserted the pen drive on different ports but no result.

If your vrive system is not listed then HP may not softward driver support for your product with that operating system. Have you made any recent hardware or software changed to your computer prior to the issue?
